Day 01:-Chandigarh – Shimla

Arrive in Chandigarh meet our Representative and pick up and drive to Shimla (Queen of
Hills) on the way visit pinjore garden and till evening reach at Shimla check in at hotel
and Over Night Stay at Hotel.
Meal Plan: - Dinner.
Day 02:- Shimla- Kufri Local Sight Seeing

Today morning after Breakfast at proceed towards Kufri. Green valley, indra tourist
park, chini banglow, Himalayan nature park (mini zoo- Tuesday closed) HORSE
RIDING POINT (Mahasu peak, shooting place, apple garden, nag temple and fun
campus). Later in the afternoon return to Shimla to visit Shimla local sight-seeing like Mall
road , Ridge, lakkar bazaar, Christ church, Kali bari temple dedicated to Goddess
kali Scandal point . After that back to hotel and have your dinner and overnight in the
hotel.

Day 03: Shimla – Manali via Kullu

This day after breakfast checkout from the hotel and proceed to Manali via Kullu valley and
on the way visit Sundar nagar lake, Pandoh dam, Mini vaishno devi temple, hanogi
mata temple, kullu apple orchid valley, beas river valley, wooden bridge view on
beas river, kallu shaul factory, sunder nagar valley and the famous temple to Vaishno
Devi, have a halt in Kullu to have a wonderful view of the famous Kullu valley popularly
known as the valley of Gods, you can also enjoy river rafting in the Vyas river of Kullu. VIA

Day 04 : Manali - Solang valley /Rohtang pass as per NGT Rules(Charges will be paid
on the spot in manali)

After Breakfast proceed to Solang Valley in Manali is located at a distance of 13 km in a

side valley at the top of the Kullu valley is a splendid valley between Solang village
and Beas Kund. On the way visit Nehru kund, him valley. Solang valley offers the view of
glaciers and snow capped mountains and peaks. Solang Valley has fine ski slopes.
The Mountaineering Institute of Manali has installed a ski lift for training purpose.
Located here is a hut and guest house of the Mountaineering and Allied
sports Institute, Manali. Now a few hotels have also come up. The winter skiing festival is
organized in Solang Valley. Skiing and Paragliding are two main activities are organized
here. Apart from this many other adventure sports are available like, Horse riding etc.

Day 05 : Manali - + Manali + Local City Tour + Overnight journey to Delhi

After breakfast proceeds towards Manali local sight-seeing Places to Cover: - Hadimba
Devi Temple, Vashisht Hot springs, Tibetans Monastery, Tibetian centre, Old manali,
van vihar ( Devdhar tree), Manali measum, Garden, club house where you can enjoy
different-different activity. In the evening drive to delhi. Overnight journey.

DAY 6: DELHI ARRIVAL

Today morning ou cab driver will drop you at railway station/ Airport. Tours end with

accident, No Shows or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither
refundable nor exchangeable.

• Package can be altered/change as per the customer’s requirement/ interest if possible

• Check In & Check Out Time as per Hotel Policies. (Early check in is subject to availability)
• Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-
availed meals, we shall not be responsible.
• We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure
smooth execution of tours.
• We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather/road
closed/riots/slides & are not liable for it.
• Extra cost would be applicable for any unforeseen event.
• Though Himachal have been witnessing a huge tourist growth but the facilities available
cannot be matched to those available in the Cities and other developed destination.
• Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not
as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3* and so on
• AC will not work in hill areas.
• Verbal Commitments are not applicable.
• All disputes if any shall be settled in the jurisdictions of Shimla courts.

NGT RULES & REGULATIONS:

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has implemented few restrictions & instructions for
every traveler visiting Rohtang Pass which are as follows:
• The number of vehicles to Rohtang Pass is restricted to 1000 /- per day, out of which only
600 petrol engine taxis and 400 diesel taxis will be allowed.
• Due to this restriction customers might have to wait in standby slot.
• Environmental Compensation charges of INR 1000 /- for petrol vehicles, INR 2500 /-
for diesel vehicles and INR 5000 /- for six seaters (or above) will be charged.
• This cost is not included in the package and customers themselves have to pay the desired
amount on the way to Rohtang Pass
• Visit to Rohtang Pass can be on individual/sharing / by Deluxe Bus Sub to Availability.

Mode of Payment:
For Advance Booking We Need 40% Amount to confirm the package & 60 %Amount
of the package cost will be collected on arrival.

PREPONE AND POSTPONE

• If in case you wish to prepone /postpone your travel dates, we request you to inform us
20 days in advance via mail.
• We do not charge anything if the package is postponed/ prepone once. However, after the
first time, additional charges will be levied.
• Please note that the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo
and season/offseason time. (Do intimate us 20 days prior to your journey)
• We do not accept any change in the plan within 20 days of travel date. However, in rare
cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, the package can be postponed which will
intimate to you beforehand.
• Advance can be utilized within 1 year from the date of advance payment.

AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS
 • Advance amount is non-refundable if the customer cancels his/her booking because of
reasons like Illness, personal problems death, accident or No Shows.
• Also Note that all cancellations must interact in writing.
• The company has complete authority to change the package costing due to hike in
tariff & taxes of hotels, transportation or any other service that has been provided.
