INITIATING PROCEEDINGS AGAINST THE RESPONDENT FOR
VIOLATION THE LAWFUL ORDER DATED 05.05.2012 PASSED
BY MR. ABDUL SATTAR LANGAH, ADDITIONAL SESSION
JUDGE, LAHORE.

Respectfully Sheweth:-

1. That for the purposes of services of notices etc. to be

issued from this Honourable Court, the complete and

correct addresses of the parties have been cited in the

title of this petition.

2. That brief facts of the case are that the petitioner has

filed a petition under section 22-A 22-B Cr.P.C. for

registration of the case against the culprits which was

entrusted to Honourable Mr. Abdul Sattar Langah,

Additional Session Judge, Lahore.

3. That the learned court vide order dated 05.05.2012

passed the following order:

“The petitioner is hereby directed to approach the

SHO concerned and SHO concerned is hereby

directed to get record the verbatim statement of the

petitioner as required u/s 154 Cr.P.C. and proceed

further in the matter in accordance with law. With

these observations, this petition is accepted. Copy of

this order be sent to the SHO concerned for

compliance.”

Copy of the order is attached for kind perusal of the

learned court.

4. That thereafter the petitioner submitted the application

with order of the learned court to the respondent No. 2

for compliance and registration of the case but the

respondent delayed the matter on one pretext or other

and not comply with the order of the learned court and

refused to register the case under relevant provisions of

law against the culprits.

5. That uptill now no action has been taken by the

respondents and the petitioner is continuously visited the

offices of respondents for redressal of his grievance.

6. That the respondents have committed the contempt of

the learned court by violating the lawful orders passed by

the competent court of law intentionally and deliberately,

therefore, the respondents have committed heinous

offence and misuse their powers, the respondents be

summoned and proceedings be initiated against them and

be dealt in accordance with law.

7. That if the application in hand is not accepted and the

case is not registered against the culprits, the petitioner

will suffer an irreparable loss and injury.

It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that the

petition may very kindly be accepted and the

respondents be summoned before the court and

proceedings be initiated against the respondents and

be dealt in accordance with law in order to secure the

ends of justice for violating the lawful order dated

05.05.2012 passed by the Honourable Court which has

been violating intentionally and deliberately.

It is further prayed that the respondent No. 2 be

directed to register the case against the culprits in

accordance with law in the light of the order passed by

the Honourable Court and copy of FIR be produced

before the court.

Any other relief which the petitioner is entitled

may very kindly be granted.
