‘OF EDUCATION DEPARTMENT. 7 Department of Education REGION Y SCHOOLS DIVISION OFFICE OF MASBAT! 8 November 2023 DIVISION, MEMORANDUM No. A765 s. 2023 DIVISION TRAINING WORKSHOP ON LEARNING RESOURCES MANAGEMENT INVENTORY SYSTEM (LRMIS) To: Assistant Schools Division Superintendents Chief ES, CID and SGOD Education Program Supervisors/ Division Coordinators Public Schools District Supervisors/ In-charge of the District Heads of Public Elementary and Secondary Schools All Others Concerned 1 In relation to Regional Memorandum No. CLMD-2023-0017 titled Retooling-Workshop on the Inventory of Learning Resources, Monitoring and Evaluation of LR Processes and in support to MATATAG Agenda of the agency in ‘Taking steps to accelerate the delivery of basic education services and provision of facilities, this Office through the LRMS-CID will conduct a Division Training Workshop on Learning Resources Management Inventory System (LRMIS) on December 7-9, 2023 at a venue to be announced later. 2. ‘The three-day live-in workshop aims to: ‘a. enhance the capacity of Library-in-charge, District ICT and LRMS Coordinators in conducting an inventory of learning resources available in the schools and library hubs, b. adopt an electronic data-gathering tool for inventory and monitoring/evaluation of activities and processes in learning resource management, and c. create a district/division database for various learning resources available and utilized in schools and library hubs. 3. Participants are advised to bring laptop, extension wire, and backup mobile internet.
