Subject: Reassignment of School and Subject Coordinatorship

1. In the exigency of service and in compliance with the department mandates in relation
to job rotation of teachers, this office hereby calls for a school conference regarding
appointment of school and subject coordinatorship of every teacher in Arado
Elementary School at 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon at the School Head’s Office.

2. Please prepare a list of your previous coordinatorship and bring the same during the
conference.
