Deployment of the Nati.anal Achievernent Test iNAT) Data Integration and
Learner's Quarterly and Final Grades per Learning Area Modules in the Learner
Information System{LIS}, arrd National School Buitrding Inventory iNSBI} on
February 1G &17, 2}23,via Googie Meet. This office is hereby directing the Pubiic
Schools District Sr:pervisors {PSDS}, Schootr Heads, District Planning Offrcer-
Designate, and LIS/ NSBI cnard.inatcrs ta attenrl the said Orientati*n to ensure a
clear and common understandi.ng ol the said facilities'

2. This actir,.ify airns to:

a. presenl and discuss the NA'i. d"ata integratian and Learner's Quarterly
and Final Gra.des per l,earning Area I!{adules in ttie LIS;
b. update and ensure more accurate and camprekensive haseline data uf
sihgol buiidings in all Deppd public schoois for use in pianning,
budgeting, and decision-making; arld
c. discuss the scopes and lirr:itations of the three facilities.

3. The orien*ltion wili star:t at 9:OCJ am until3:O0 prn. Meanwhiie, workshop on the
sample NSBI download.ed templates shal} be done in the afternoon. On FebruarS' 17,

there is strong internet connectir.itSl to ensure smootl: pa:ticipaticn in the activit3r. Only
one participant per district shatrl be allowed tc enter the google meeting room" A1l other
participants will view using the account shared through a large TV/projector.
Furthermare, this is to ensure uniformity in the interpretatian of the agenda.

5. Participants are required to bring their laptcps artd extension wires for t}re
workshop.

6. Travel. and other incidental expenses of the participants relative to ttre conduct
of this actir.'ity are chargeabie against local funds subject to the usual accaunting and
auditing rules and :"egulations.
