1. In relation to the Regional Memorandum No. 621, s. 2022 titled Co-
Curricuiar Activities that are Allowable to be Conducted Starting School
Year 2O22-2023, this Olfice directs all public eiementary and secondary
school heads to submit their School Calenclar of Co-Curricular Activities on
or before December 09, 2022 at 5:00 p.m.

) In crafting the said calendar, school heads shall take note of the provisions
stated in the enclosed regional memorandum with stress on item numbers
2.b, 6,7.a, and 8.

J, The calendar shall be prepared tiy the School Head, to be reviewed by the
CID Chief-ES, to be recornmended by the Assistant Schools Division
Superintend"ent, and to be approvecl by the Schools Division
$uperintendent.

4. Enclosed is the format of the calendar of activitles.

5. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandurn is earne-stly

desired.
