AFFIDAVIT OF SERVICE

I, Sean Philip R. Oliva of legal age, single, Filipino and residing at

Lot 46, Block 63, Phase II-A, Metro Manila Hills Communities, Rodriguez,
Rizal, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby
depose and state:

1. That I am the liaison officer of Atty. Fatima Faye E. Cordova, counsel for
respondents, in the soon to be filed COMMENT (TO PETITIONERS’
MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION) entitled “SDW REALTY &
DEVELOPMENT, INC./DAVID CARMAN v. N.L.R.C., ET AL.”

2. That I served copies of the pleading on 29 January 2024 to the
