Fill up all necessary Forms time to time
Send SMS every 2hrs
Use Form-14A & Declaration if any
Use ASD declaration & list if any
Tiffin & lunch simultaneously
If Machine change do necessary action
Use Agent movement Sheet for Agents
After 3pm give EDC vote if any
PrO diary fill up time to time
At 6 pm if need give queue slip from last
Send Queue msg
Send final poll msg
Press close button of CU, Switch off VVPAT & CU
Remove VVPAT battery
Seal all carrying cases of Machine
6p Address (Distinguishing mark & Sign)
Form-17A, Horizontal line, remarks, sign
Fill up all forms and put it to covers
Check all signature of Polling agents
Give 17C to all agents after Sign of Agents
Collect all material from Polling Station
At RC
Submit CU, BU, VVPAT Box, all covers
Voting Compartment, other material
Release in your last appointment
Take your Luggage
