ln consultation with All lndia Federation of University and College teachers Organization,
University Grants Commission has provided a model Performance Appraisal Format and
Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) for the Annual Self-Assessment by
University teachers:

. Performance Appraisal Report (Part-A) (Form enclosed) is to bg.filled-up by the

teachers at the time of introduction of the scheme and for new ehtiahts at the time of
joining of the lnstitute. All teachers are requested to fill in this part and submit it to Vice-
Chancellor Office on or before July 1 0,2024 positively.

t$HE at the end of every academic yeai 1i.e. in the months of Mly-gLrne;. Att ieacrrers
are requested to submit this part of Self-Appraisal Report for academic year 2023-24
through their Head of the Department along with enclosures to Vice Chancellor Office

. Performance 8"999 Appraisal System (PBAS) (Part-A, B & C) (Performa enclosed)
