1. Safety Precaution

1.1 General Safety Precaution:

1. Always unplug the appliance and confirm it is totally out of power before disassembling and repairing.

2. Please change the spare parts step by step according to the service manual.

3. Please fix the wiring by specified connecting cap solidly and use insulation tape. And enlace it by

insulating tape.

4. When connecting to wiring, male tab is supposed to inserted into the root of the wiring and hard to pull

out.

5. Please must twine metal-wiring by insulation tape

6. Wiring can not touch movable parts like belt, pulley and suspender and poignant-angle parts and

high-temperature parts like motor when connecting. Please connect and fix it according to original

situation.

7. Please save disassembled screw for reusing.

8. Please take care when operating and assembling.

9. Avoid situation like electric shock & leakage and spare parts fall.

10. Please check whether ground connection equipments are ok or not and voltage is arrived the rated

voltage or not after assembling and maintenance.

11. Switch on the washer to check whether the fault is solved or not after finished Safety inspection.

12. Please place the washer in the original place after maintenance.

13. Please check the tool and inform user maintenance knowledge & safety notice.

1.2 Electric Notices

1. During power is on, please keep safety as because 220V voltage is on from ground circuit of control

panel to ground.

2. Please keep safety and do not touch electric when diagnosing troubles as because may be it is operated

with power.

4 INSTALLATIONS AND ADJUSTMENT
4.1 Installation of bottom plate
1. Tilt the washing machine backward to rest on a soft object (like fabric, carpet and so on).
2. Place the baseplate at the bottom opening of the washing machine.
3. Fix the baseplate in the base with screw and lift the machine softly.

4.2 Placement of the washing machine

1. Machine should be placed on even flooring. If the flooring is not even, adjust the adjustable leg feet of the
washing machine until the entire machine is stable.
Notice:
 Ensure the machine has at least 5cm clearance from any surface.
 Do not place or use the machine on an elevated surface.
 Do not place the machine on the carpet which will block vent

4.3 Installation of drain pipe

1. Connect the drain hose, to the drain pipe at the base of the machine. Secure the drain hose to the drain pipe
with the spring retainer ring.

Attention:
 Do not seal and fix the drain pipe in the sewer: under the sealing state, air can not flow into the drain pipe, which
will result in improper draining
 If pipe length needs to be more, ensure the total length is less than 3m.
 The drain pipe shall be placed at a place which is over 15cm higher from the bottom.

5
4.4 Installation of inlet pipe

1. The connector of the inlet pipe is composed by the connecting base and the quick coupling.
In the installation process, press the sliding sleeve of the quick coupling and pull out the connecting base with force.

2. Loosen Part A and Part B to 5mm (about 3 circles) or until it is unconnected

3. Loosen 4 screws of Part A, flatly press Part A on the tap with force to let gasket on the tap strictly, and tighten
screws one by one.
4. Tighten Part B to protect gasket on the tap from sealing and water leakage.
5. Press and insert sliding sleeve into the connector and push upward to connection
How to remove: Turn off tag, push sleeving slid downward to pull out connector.

6. Fix the lock nut on the water inlet valve by even strength. Do not twist water inlet hose to avoid breakage.

7. Please open the tag and check as below steps if you find the connector is in the case of leakage.
a. Whether lock nut of Part B is tightened or not
b. Whether the length of loosened part A and Part B is less than 5mm, in that case, the gasket can not be sealed
appropriately.
c. Whether the flat of tap is even or not.
d. Whether 4 screws of connector are tightened evenly.
e. Whether connector is placed on the tap slanted, in that case, the gasket can not be sealed with tap.

6
Notice:
 The length of the outlet of the general faucet is over 10mm and the outside diameter shall be less than 24mm.
 If a proper special faucet is used, the connecting base is no longer needed.
 The exterior angle of the outlet end of the faucet shall be circular and the surface shall be smooth.
 If the faucet mouth is not smooth, file it down with a file.
 If the outside diameter of the faucet is too large, take off the gasket of Part A.

6.3 Normal fault and solution

Please check again before repair whether the problem comes is a real fault according to 6.1 and 6.2.Make sure
whether other spare parts work normal except the ones with fault. Change the parts without confirm the reason may
lead to second damage.

6.3.1 Electrical parts troubleshooting

Electrical parts include following types: water inlet valve, retractor, motor, safety switch, computer controller,
wiring, and power switch, fuse and so on.
Before check the faulty electrical parts, please pay attention to your personal safety. All the test and change of
electrical parts must be done under power off situation, except some necessary powered inspections, or discharge
first if necessary. The repair must be done only by professional servicemen.
Some electrical parts can test by multimeter. Multimeter is divided into digital multimeter and pointer
multimeter. Use instruction as below:

19
Digital multimeter Pointer multimeter

The reading accuracy of pointer multimeter is poor but the movement of pointer is intuitively clear. So it is
applicable to the test of analogous circuit with high current and high voltage, such as TV, audio. A digital multimeter is
applicable to the test of digital circuits with low current and low voltage.
Take the digital multimeter as an example:
Please choose 500v mode to test whether the household voltage is stable. Use the multimeter probe for test; do
not touch the metal part of probe by hand. The voltage can be read on the digital multimeter. The normal voltage
ranges from 210V to 230V.
Test of condenser should be without any power. When test the resistance of condenser, if the resistance
gradually become infinity from very small, the condenser with no problem; if the condenser breakdown, it won’t
become infinity when it stabilized.
Test of connection should be done without any power. Choose the buzz mode. The buzzer will make sound when
connect well. If no connection, there is no sound.
