Hello doctor. I am Mary Sanchez. I am sixty years old and I am from Davao City.

I have been having

difficulty of breathing whenever I exert physical effort or do some physical activities. I have been
experiencing this for the past three months. Usually, the difficulty of breathing resolves after 3 to 5
minutes of taking a rest. I did not lose some weight. I do not have any kind of increase in appetite, no
increase in fluid intake, and no increase in episodes of urination.

I am diabetic for six years already. I am regularly taking a combination drug of empagliflozin plus
linagliptin 25 per 5 mg tab, one tablet once a day. I am also taking a combination drug for my
hypertension. I am taking telmisartan plus amlodipine 40 per 10 mg tab, one tablet once a day. I am
hypertensive for six years as well. Both my parents as well as my siblings do not have hypertension,
diabetes and asthma. I do not smoke nor drink alcoholic beverages. Also,

I do not have any food and drug allergies.

What am I having doctor? Am I having asthma?
