EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
SPECTRA makes smart glass simple and affordable, enabling any window to go from clear to dark with the touch of a
button. Traditional window treatments are clumsy, easily damaged, ineffective as privacy applications, and do not
significantly reduce energy consumption (SmartGlass n.d.).

"Smart glass" or dynamic glazing has been named a "must have" technology because of its energy savings proposition;
but has failed to deliver because of high cost. SPECTRA is made of high transparent film specially developed for smart
glass and high quality float glass, which is processed by advanced laminated glass production technology. It is an
advanced technology and excellent in performance. The product had passed various stringent tests, ensuring the high
quality of the product. An analysis and research has been conducted based on all aspect relevant to the smart glass. The
market trends will be more toward the market of smart product. SPECTRA's first three-year plan is to produce only smart
glass and smart film, and only sell it in Malaysia. At present, the main competitors we are facing are overseas smart glass
companies that have branches in Malaysia e.g. Gauzy, Chief
Way, Asahi Glass. However, due to we will manufacture locally, so our price is much more affordable. For same or even
advance technology, Malaysian can get smart glass or smart film in lower price. Thus, this is definitely a competitive
edge compared to other overseas companies or suppliers in Malaysia. Since our products are cheap and SPECTRA
promises to provide the best quality products and services to customers, we are confident that these advantages will help
increase our revenue.

We understand the value of customers to us, so we include excellent customers in our policies. Not only do all of our
employees understand these policies, they are always actively projecting them to all of our customers, which gives us a
higher customer retention rate than our competitors.

And due to we understand the value of having a solid business structure, we have developed plans and processes that will
not only enable us to obtain resources but also recruit capable professionals who not only have the necessary experience,
in line with our vision and dedication to see that we have achieved all goals.
Our employees will work in a mentally stimulating environment that is favourable and easily accessible. Regarding salary
and benefits, we also try our best to meet the requirements of employees, and have better benefits and incentives than
employees of start-up companies like us. We also ensure that employees receive the necessary training at the appropriate
time to improve their skills and increase the company's productivity.

SPECTRA also planning to execute a strategy to capture and protect a large share of the smart glass market through;
Expand and leverage intellectual property product portfolio through the use of polarization-based dynamic window
systems (including materials, applications, mechanical control systems, and integration with other smart home systems);
Optics, film, and window system expertise and development of capabilities to produce custom applications on a large
scale to accommodate multiple market segments, sizes, and features. The SPECTRA approach will bring substantial
innovation to buildings and other applications such as transportation. Our solution is expected to increase the market
penetration of the already rapidly growing smart glass industry.

In order to have a successful company, a marketing plan is necessary for us to reaching and winning new customer. The
overall marketing strategies that our company uses to attract new customers are creating a marketing campaign, promoting
company’s product through internet, social media and printed advertising to the customers. Besides marketing strategy,
the sales plan and pricing strategy will also contribute in attract new customers and thus increase the company profits.

5
We predict that the impact of smart glass on society will be such as a major reduction in the amount of energy used
in buildings, people can selectively control light and heat, which will also reduce the impact of carbon on the
environment. Reduce material consumption for curtains, blinds, shutters, projection screens and dry erase boards.
Increased privacy. Reduce the harmful effects of ultraviolet rays.
These are the advantages that smart glass and smart film can bring.
SPECTRA will become the leading local company manufacturing smart glass and smart film. Our target for the first
year, the company will produce 1825 units of smart glass. Based on this, the total revenue per year is around
RM1,000,000.
The number of production is expected to increase within three years with increasing of demand.
In view of SPECTRA' existing research foundation and intellectual property rights, the company hopes to take full
advantage of this opportunity to provide its solutions, and SPECTRA is expected to bring considerable returns to
investors.

typically includes details about revenue forecasts, expense estimates, cash flow projections, and financing
strategies. The financial plan serves as a roadmap for managing the company's finances and achieving its
