Under the instructions from my Client M/s Andhra Pradesh
Grameena Vikas Bank, Tripuraram Branch, rep by its Bank’s Branch
Manager, I hereby issue the following Legal Notice to you for immediate
compliance.
1. That my Client’s Bank reports that you approached my Client’s
Bank and requested for loan to for Agriculture purpose under KCC, in
pursuance you approach my client, sanctioned a limit Rs. 1,50,000/-
(Rupees One Lakh and Fifty Thousand Only) on 16-09-2020 under Loan
Account. .
2. It is further informed that, you have executed necessary documents
such as Agreement of Loan Cum hypothecation and Letter of
Arrangement in favour of the Bank on 16-09-2020. It is informed to you
that you also agreed to repay the availed amount plus agreed rate of
Interest @ 14 % p.a to the Bank. You have availed sanctioned Limit from
the Bank under the Loan Account No. 1059603287 on 16-09-2020 for
your financial necessary.
3. That our client Bank further reports that you utterly failed in
repayment of Loan amounts as per the agreed repayment schedules to the
Bank. You are defaulter in repayment of Loan Account to our client’s
Bank and your Account turned into N.P.A on 15-09-2023.
4. That our Client Bank has reported that Bank issued demand notice
to you on 25-01-20224 demanding you to clear the Loan due amount, but
no response from your side until today and It is further informed to you
that your Loan Account shown due an amount of Rs. 1,66,801/- as on 15-
02-2024.
5. Therefore, you are hereby called upon and demanding you to
repay the Loan due an amount of Rs. 1,66,801/- (Rupees one lakh sixty
six rupees and eight hundred and one Only) with up to date interest
@14% p.a. from 16-02-2024 till the date of payment to the Bank within
15 days from the date of receipt of this Legal Notice, Otherwise my client
Bank would be constrained to take appropriate legal remedies against you
and you will be held responsible for all the costs and consequences to
thereon.
The Costs of this Legal notice is at Rs: 500/-
