WEBSITE / PORTAL - DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT FOR FACULTY OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES, UNIVERSITY OF DELHI
Sealed quotations are invited from reputed and experienced companies/agencies to design and develop website/ portal for Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi. The current website at www.fms.edu would be re-modeled and additional services/facilities would be incorporated for use by Faculty members, Students of FMS and by the general public. The agency should be able to integrate website to be developed for FMS and the existing facilities provided by the website of University of Delhi.* The initial implementation is expected within four weeks of issue of work-order. The complete website needs to be implemented within sixteen weeks with mutually agreed milestones. FMS / University of Delhi will have exclusive right to the website and its contents. The bidders should have minimum experience of 5 years of web-site development with a minimum total gross turnover of at least Rs. One Crore each in last two years. The bidder should have experience of working on cross platforms and must have independently handled at least two assignments of a similar size and complexity during last two years. The agency interested to submit the Quotation for the jobs mentioned above, may submit the same in two parts in separate sealed covers (a) Technical bid and (b) Financial bid, latest by 12.00 noon on or before 30th April 2010 as per details given in Annex-II, III, IV. Any clarification/ doubt may be addressed or personally discussed, if need be, to the office of the Dean, Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, before submitting the bids.

1. FMS reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever. 2. Please quote Service Tax Registration No., VAT Registration No. and PAN No. in your offer (Technical bid). 3. The financial bids of only those will be opened whose specifications meet Delhi University requirements and are approved by this office 4. Payment Terms: 100% against successful development and implementation of the website to the satisfaction of FMS. 5. Rates quoted shall remain firm till the completion of work. 6. The jurisdiction in case of disputes shall be the Courts of Delhi/New Delhi.

Details of professional, technical and other manpower. I. The agency is required to give evidence of having successfully undertaken similar projects. II. Detailed note explaining the scope of work as understood by the agency and which shall be executed by it. III. Detailed lists / procedures of quality control, which the agency proposes to conduct during the execution of work. IV. Service Tax Registration No., VAT Registration No. and PAN No. During technical evaluation preference would be given to agencies having prior experience on similar work.
