ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
OCTOBER 2023
The UNBOUND YOUTH OFFICER of Barangay San Roque conducted a TEAM
BUILDING event with the theme: ADVENTURE QUEST: WORKING TOGETHER TO
OVERCOME CHALLENGES AND EMBARK ON EXCITING ADVENTURES, FOSTERING
TEAM WORK AND CAMARADERIE. The program was held at Talungun Covert court in
Barangay San Roque last October 22, 2023, it was organized and managed by the Unbound
youth officers of the said barangay led by the President Ms. Rica Jane F. Dagalea.
The aimed of the program was to advocate camaraderie and build strong relationship
between each member of the Unbound community of Barangay San Roque. Team work is an
essential force to over come any challenges. The program was flourished with the right advocacy
of every officer and dedication in learning of every member.
Ms. Joan Inoc, was the one who addressed the opening remarks of the event. Ms. Cathlyn
Joy Tuayon presented the guest. To increased the energy and get the attention of everybody, the
President of the youths together with the officers raised up their talent in dancing and started
anything else with a powerful ZUMBA performance. Each of every member, participated and
had fun.
Ms. Charlene Delos Santos addressed the objectives and goal of the events, answering the
question “why did they conduct the program?”. Afterwards the emcee Ms. Karyl Alvarez, led the
games that was prepared by the officers. Prizes were given away to those who won the games.
To highlight the talents of unbound members, the officers prepared an activity called
“UNBOUND GOT TALENT” this friendly competition between the members gave them the
chance to showcase their talents and performed with the essence of being passionate.
There after Ms. Sarah Natividad, delivered her prestigious intermission number, it was
followed by other activities led by the officers. The Confianzia 5 also performed for an
intermission number.
Mr. Jay ar Del Rosario was the guest speaker of the program, he delivered his inspiring
thoughts to the members of the unbound community of barangay San Roque, each and everyone
surely got motivated and felt gratitude for spending his time sharing, motivating and inspiring
the youths.
The event ended with the awarding part of the event where winners of different activities
including games and the got talent received the prizes that they work hard for.
PROBLEMS MET
The following are the problems encountered:
1. The program exceeded its time limit.
2. The officers faced the lack of time in preparation due to the financial aspects for the
event.
ACTIONS TAKEN
The following are the solutions made:
1. The officers conducted activities which are fun, that led the participants to neglect the
time. Even though the program, exceeded to its time limit, the event was successful.
2. The unbound youth officers led by the president work hard and work over time to
prepare everything that the program needs, before the exact day of the Team
Building.
