1st month Basic Administration:
 Coordinate with Sales & Marketing

Bookkeeping Function:
 Handle partial / full sets of accounts
 Data entry and orientation on where
various administrative documents are

 Assist in implementation document
management system portal

Reporting and backend client servicing:


 Preparing of weekly and monthly report
 Assist in client project audit and account
servicing
2nd month Basic Finance:
 Account payable / receivable daily tasks
 Responsible for monthly financial and
inventory reports to management

Fundamental of HR:
 Employment Act and Tripartite guide
 Prepare employment letter, policies,
employee handbook etc.
 Roll out HR year end processes such as
performance appraisal, salary review and
performance bonus payment
3rd month Designing Salary Structure:
 Existing salary structure in the company
and justifications
 Overview of how salary structure is
decided, with case study from other
companies

Assist in Performance Appraisal:


 Our company’s performance appraisal
procedure, SOP and key components
 Practice appraisal for sample employees
as created by OJT trainer
 Practice performance appraisal for
existing employees in the company and
get feedback from OJT trainer
 Practice and revision of things learnt,
preparation for assessment

4th month Project Management Function:


 Responsible for monitoring clients’
payment status, collecting receivables
and finalizing project accounts for
completed projects
 Responsible for preparation of
progressive claims and verifying details
with clients
 Update customers on pending project
milestone / deliverables dates and create
orders.
 Liaison with vendors, associates and
other suppliers in different stages of
projects for deliverables and payments

1st month Orientation:
 Orientation on the various forms which
are required to be filled in
 Information required and where to find
information for filling of forms
 Practice and revision of skills learnt,
preparation for assessment
 Drafting proposal, formulate, develop
and draft functional specifications,
development plan, project deliverables,
budget and schedule based on client’s
requirements
 Provide diagnostics and assessment to
aid client to enhance their capability
development. Analyze client’s

2nd month Basic Management Interview / Focus Group


Skill:
 Understand clearly the overall vision of
project and responsible for assisting in
the developments to ensure successful
delivery of the project deliverables.
Participating in initiatives to drive
process improvement across various
industries.
 Plans deliverables and timelines as part
of the overall project development
process, from kick-off to post mortem.
 Needs/requirements and propose
appropriate solutions.
 Mentoring and advising client and
implementing road map while crafting
business process re-engineering
strategies framework, metrics and
system

3rd month Project Coordination:


 Liaise with clients on projects and
facilitate the communication and
interaction among the teams
 Identify and assemble project team(s)
and provide leadership and mentoring to
assure effective completion. Develop
process flow for the entire project
management life cycle
 Reviews deliverables prepared by team
before passing to client

Project Planning:
 Executes project work plans and revises
as appropriate to meet changing needs
and requirements. Ensure projects
delivered on-time, within scope and
within budget
 Develop a detailed project plan to
monitor and track progress including
reporting status to superior and
management on a regular basis.
Effectively applies company/client
methodology and enforces project
standards
4th month Project Management:
 Assist in managing outsourced associates
etc. to ensure deadlines and project
specs are met for assigned projects
 Assist in the implementation of quality
assurance testing, processes and/or tool
to ensure and/or improve standards of
quality and customer satisfactions
 Prepares for engagement reviews and
quality assurance procedures
 Maintain current and complete project
management data and documents in
database; analyse and report project
performance metrics as requested
 Strong organizational skills, extremely
high attention to detail, able to manage
multiple time-sensitive projects
concurrently
 Manages day-to-day operational aspects
of a project and scope. Coordinate with
Managing Director, Sales Team and
Finance to identify, track and expedite all
project resource expenditures required
by contract.

Risk Management:
 Minimizes company exposure and risk on
project by managing project risk levels,
developing appropriate contingency
plans, and proactively identifying
changes to eliminate future occurrences
 Able to make sound decisions and take
timely actions in pursuit of meeting
project objectives and priorities. Address
delicate situations and handle conflicts
effectively to reduce exposure to risk
5th month Account / Client Servicing:
 Lead meetings and drive decisions from
cross-functional teams
 Together with the Project Managers,
develop the contract deliverables
checklist and expedite timely delivery.
Ensure that all contractual terms are
incorporated into the performance of the
project.
 Ensure that customers are invoiced,
payments are coordinated with the
payment schedule and that outstanding
contract value is tracked together with
finance.

Reporting and backend client servicing:


 Preparing of weekly and monthly report
 Assist in client project audit and account
servicing
 Clearly understand and deliver according
to team expectations regarding scope of
work and individual responsibilities
 Assist in the coordination with Accounts
Management department in preparation
of agendas, reports, meeting notes or
proposals to clearly communicate project
goals, expectations and deliverables
