Situated within the renowned, La Finca Golf & Country club, one of the Costa Calida & Blancas, top golf courses. Just 15 minutes from the warmth of the Mediterranean waves. But it is not just for golfers, there are a variety of activities from lazing by the pool, horse riding, go-karting, golf and tennis. The local area has great beaches and country side. There is also easy access to the Mar Menor (little sea), this is Europes largest salt water lagoon, which has its own micro climate and a very Spanish culture. The apartment is privately owned and has been furnished to a very high standard. We want you to enjoy your stay and come back. Location
La Finca Golf and County club is based around the La Finca Golf course. The complex has a supermarket, number of banks, bars, restaurants (pizza, Top cuisine) with more opening. The club house has an excellent bar, terrace and restaurant. The nearest town is Algorfa, a small Spanish village surrounded by orange groves. The La Finca complex is high class and relaxed (away from some of the kiss-me-quick holiday areas) but close enough to visit the great beaches, nightlife and restaurants. You are within 30 minutes drive of both Alicante and Murcia airports. The drive is a simple one (all dual carriage way) and the apartment is only 3 minutes off the Motorway. Climate There are numerous activities (see next page). But the all year round good weather allows complete flexibility:

Golf
There are 13 courses south of Alicante and 10 more north of Alicante.
A full guide can be found on the website. What ever you taste you can play a multitude of courses in Valencia province or in Murcia (south) including La Manga. La Marquesa is close to La Finca (5 mins). La Ramblas, Villamartin and Compoamar golf course are 15 minutes away. Bonalba and El Pantio are about 30 minutes away. In the autumn, winter and spring it is best to book (fax numbers are available on request). Handicap certificates are required. Top Tips : La Finca, Villamartin and Las RamblasAre administered by the same company but are differently challenging and one fax can make bookings for all 3. Campoamor Is different again. If you want to play 36 holes in a day this is next door to Las Ramblas. So play one course, lunch and play another with minimal travel time.

Welcome Packs
If you are arriving on a Sunday, travelling late or could be delayed these could be a great help. Welcome packs are 30 Euros and comprises of : Tea, coffee, milk, sugar, orange juice, water, bread, butter, jam, ham, cheese, toilet roll, six cans of beer, six cans of coke cola, a bottle of red and white wine.

Select and book the best flights (locations/dates/times) to suit you (Alicante or Murcia) 4. Confirm apartment booking with us and send deposit (cheque) by post 5. Book a hire car (we can reserve one for you) 6. Pay the balance for the apartment 8 weeks prior to travel (with refundable breakages deposit of 150) Nearer to the date of travel : 1. Ensure you have travel insurance. 2. Book your UK airport parking (youll get a discount for booking in advance). 3. Make sure you have your passports and driving licence (if you have pink licence youll need the green part also) 4. We can meet you at the property 5. Our representatives are there for you and speak English 6. We can also meet you at the airport (extra charge applies)
Top Tips
When selecting your dates : Tuesday afternoon or evening flights are often cheaper. When selecting your flights : Remember local airports might be a little more expensive, but car parking is often cheaper and it can be less hassle getting to these than the bigger airports.
