The company was established in 1998, from which the company developed into become one of the best in Bakery product Manufacturing of bread and cakes. Mr. Raja CEO and Managing Director of the company

The company board consists of three directors namely, Mr. V.M. Joseph. Mr. K. Palanisamy. Mr. K. C. Kuriya kose.

Under the direction of these members, the company has total of 6 units: Pioneer Bakeries (P) Ltd at Erode in 1989. Pioneer Bake House (P) Ltd at Gobi in 1992. Milka Bakers (P) Ltd at Gobi in 1994. New Hope Food industries (P) Ltd at Erode in 1996. Milka Nutriments (P) Ltd at Erode in 1998.

Milka Industries (P) Ltd at Chennai in 2000. CONTINUED Milka has invested Rs. 2 crore in a sophisticated bread and biscuit manufacturing unit in Chennai with a daily production capacity of 60 to 70 thousand breads and biscuits.

Milka group had been awarded the GEM OF INDIA for No.1 quality bread in South India in 1997 and 1998 CONTINUED The Milka groups of companies yield a total turnover Rs. 15 crore. From which Milka Nutriments (P) Ltd figure out for one-third of the total turnover. 180 workers and 27 staff provide their effort for the upliftment of the company
