Ness Analyst Training Program



]oin the Ness family and get your career off to an excellent start with our Analyst Training Program (ATP). The ATP is
designed to introduce new staff to various aspects of our business and then position you for a permanent role in the
organization.

We do not expect you to have specific technical skills or professional experience. That's exactly what we will provide you
with through the ATP. Ness gives you the opportunity to transition from a new graduate to a professional in one of four
disciplines: sales, marketing, technology, or delivery.

We will help you achieve this objective by putting a comprehensive individual development plan in place to ensure a
structured and blended learning experience with extensive onthejob, inclass and virtual training opportunities. A mentor
will be assigned to you to give you support along the way as well as provide regular feedback on your performance and
development.

When applying to this program you will be able to indicate a preference for the area of professional development which
interests you most. At the end of the program, we will attempt to match you to your preferred area of interest.

The Opportunity
You will start out in our Hackensack N] location which also doubles as our US headquarters. You will spend 02 weeks in an
intensive induction and education process to understand how the organization operates. From there, you will then rotate
through five different groups over a five month period in our North American business to ready you for a permanent analyst
role. From there, your career growth is up to you! You will find below a very brief description of the roles that you would be
matched against.


Narketing Analyst
You will be part of a team that is highly specialized in service, solution, and industry marketing. You will also be involved in
the planning and execution of marketing and business development programs and events.

Sales Analyst
As a Sales Analyst you will support the team with client and market research, compile and analyze sales reports and
contribute to the sales cycle. Through training and handson experience you will gain solution and service knowledge as well
as insight into the complex operations behind a global supply chain and sales process.

Practice Analyst
As a Practices Analyst you will support the team of experts who drive thought leadership, service definition, and expert
client delivery across a range of competencies including business intelligence, customer relationship management (CRN),
enterprise resource planning (ERP), web technologies, custom software development, and business process outsourcing
(BPO).

Business Analyst
As a member of the Delivery Organization, you will work in our clientfacing team on a variety of tasks including the
definition of detailed functional specifications including data and function models, process flow diagrams, and report and
screen layouts. You may also document algorithms and operational requirements, identify logical system architecture,
specify system interfaces, develop test plans and user guides, oversee acceptance testing, provide user training, and
support users in the development of work processes.

What do we expect from you? We're looking for graduates of liberal arts programs (CPA: 3.2 or higher) with strong
