ICARUS is a continuous reading intervention program that aims to provide enjoyable and Our vision is to foster a reading community of students who seek to improve and enhance
motivating reading experiences to our students. Its mission is to cater to students’ reading fluency, accuracy and comprehension in reading English texts. The program aims for every
needs and guide them to become effective readers. student to learn to read, understand and share.
