RESEARCH ACTION PLAN


January-December 2021

I. Introduction:
Republic Act 232 also known as Education Act of 1982 or an Act which provides for the establishment and maintenance of an integrated system of
education in our country has been served as the anchor for the San Roque Ilaya National High School to design, develop and shall implement Reading Remediation
Action Plan for the CY 2021. It primarily aims to strengthen ethical values, encourage critical and creative thinking, and develop moral character and personal
discipline among our learners. Further, it improves and develops the performance and academic excellence of both Junior and Senior High School students which is
also part of the mission of this institution, the San Roque Ilaya National High School amidst this COVID -19 pandemic.

II. General Objectives:


1. Strengthening ethical values, boosting critical and creative thinking, and elevating academic excellence and performance through reading with
comprehension.
2. Make reading as habit among students for academic development.
3. Help the school to produce learners with higher level of reading ability with comprehension.
