• A scientific invention may be difficult to convert in an invention for the people
• Extention: move something from a market to another market
• Duplication: copy or imitate something
• Blundle: combination of things that typically don’t stay togheter. We have to pay attention for the
reason why the 2 things aren’t bundled for don’t bundle something that can’t be good
• The opportunities aren’t always open. Information can take the opportunities open for more time
• It’s impossible to have any competeitors. If there aren’t competitotors, or the idea isn’t good or the
are big barriers for enter in this market
• Entreprenurship isn’t a job, it’s a mindset
• All the ideas aren’t a good ideas
• Embrace your bad ideas → embrace your breaktrough ideas
• A better approach to entrerprenuship: measure → learn → bluid → measure → learn → build → ...
• Each of us is a differnt kind of an entreprenuer. The things that’s is important is to find an opportunity
• The corridor are the sedimentation of our hobbies, network, ecc and the doors of the corridor are
the opportunity. You can open the door and see that there is nothing of interesting
• Network is important because the best idea can be the ideo of somenone else but if you have a great
network you can jump into a good idea

o It takes a lot of money to start a business
o You have to be young to be an entrepreneur

• How can you uncover jobs to be done?

o Look for nonconsumption
o Take note of work-arounds
o Consider tasks people want to avoid
o Be alert to new uses for existing products
