The Ladies Dormitory Main has recently developed a new organizational chart to enhance
the efficiency of operations. This project aims to implement a structured hierarchy,
clarifying roles and responsibilities. The establishment of the organizational chart promotes
effective management and collaboration within the dormitory.

III. BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE
The Ladies Dormitory Main requires a clearer structure to improve operations and communication. This project
aims to establish an organizational chart that clarifies roles, responsibilities, and lines of authority, fostering
better management and collaboration among staff. Ultimately, this structure will enhance operational efficiency
and support the well-being of residents.
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES:
The Organizational Chart has the following objective(s):
1. Clarify Roles - Define responsibilities and reporting structure for better accountability.
2. Enhance Efficiency - Improve communication and coordination for streamlined operations.
