Conduct a case study about the application of the Course “Organization Behavior” at your specific
organization or a Company you want selected and answer the followings:

1. Describe the overall Company’s overviews including its vision, mission and objectives and its
products or service its offers.

2. Provide a brief explanation related to the relevance of the course “Organizational Behavior” and in
relation to enhancing the Company’s organizational performance?

3. How does understanding individual difference would make the manager’s job easier? Provide

your justification in terms of the Big-Five Personality Traits.

4. By studying the Organizational Structure of the Company, under which model can it be classified

(Mechanistic or Organic Model)? Provide the features of the selected model in detail and your

recommendation for the Company in terms of the Model.

5. Provide the type of organizational culture (i.e. Specific Organizational Culture) that would

describe the Company you selected?

Use the following Tips to help you report your Project Work
1. Based on the above questions, conduct an interview with the Human Resource
Department of the Company.
2. You need to also review the Company’s Human Resource Manual and
Organizational Structure in addressing the above questions.
3. Recommendation and conclusion based on the answers you have compiled.
