Scene1 Visuals: A painting is seen hung on a light coloured wall (not white).

A boy is seen with a paint brush in his one hand and palette in the other examining a certain part of the painting that in his canvas is unfinished. He takes out two bottles of paint and closes the box. He repeatedly tries to make the right blend but cannot get it right. He keeps the palette, sighs and scratches his forehead.. He then opens the box once again and takes out the white paint bottle and makes the perfect colour. Sound: Soft music builds little tempo and then looses tempo altogether and then a new track with sense of rising hope. Text : Solutions are always there . . . You just need to dissolve the boxes to design them (at the time when he has made the colour) Comments: The scene goes out of focus as the text comes in. The text dissolves and the screen fades to black. Scene 2 Visuals: The children are playing the blind man buff in a garden/playground. A boy is blindfolded, his hands are stretched in front of him. This leg movement shows uncertainty. He is constantly moving his head from left to right. The text appears. The boy playfully removes his blind-fold and runs behind the children who had been teasing him. Sound: The sound is like scene 1 with the addition of sound of heartbeat when the camera is close to the man. Text: At times there are no solutions because there is no problem its imaginary Comments: The screen goes out of focus as the text starts to appear and fades to black and then the blindfold is removed.

Scene 3 Visuals: A boy is sitting at a bench in the garden/playground. He is surrounded by paper planes with different colours and designs on them. He has just finished making one more of the sort and is contemplating on the colour to use on it. He keeps his brush down and starts to reopen the model he has created. He stretches the paper, removes the creases and starts refolding it. He makes a new model of different design and throws it in the air.. Text. Sound: Ends with the sound of a flight take off. Text: Rethink Redesignand..Reposition. Comments: The words can come separately when he is doing them. Scene 4 Visuals: A boy is struggling to wear a huge back pack. He sees other children running with their bags on. (Text: On our way through life we often carry too much baggage limiting us.) He opens the bag. Starts removing unnecessary things (like his ball, bat, toy car) (Text: At times its necessary to drop them ) Closes the bag again (Text: free oneself ) Runs the light bag towards his other friends. (Text: And move forward) Comments: The text is also the narration Scene 5 Visuals: The boy is standing near the staircase of a slide contemplating its height. He sees a boy slide down and looks and moves away. (Narration: at times no means can bridge the gap between us and our desires)

The boy turns back and starts to climb the staircase. (Narration: You just have to conquer your fears to make it through) Text: Bridge the gaps Scene 6 Visuals: As he is sliding he sees his mother watering the plants. He runs to him and takes it from her and starts watering the leaves of the plant. (Narration: At times the thought is not enough to lead) His mother smilingly lowers his hand so that he waters the roots. Narration: Intent is the root of leadership Text: Intent leadership Scene 7 Visuals: The boy along with his friends sees a new boy alone and looks away to enjoy the company of his friends. (Narration: We often colour, pollute and limit ourselves by our mental traps) The boy looks again. He moves towards him to befriend him. (Narration: Look beyond your limits.) Text: Breakfree from your limited vision Scene 8 Visuals: All the children run around with their hands spread out as though to fly. Narration: As you prepare to fly let us be your runaway. Text: CAS Depolluting decisions
