Zong also trains their employees by taking help of different university professionals according to their needs.

Sometimes employees also request training for some particular topic. For this, internal training calendar is distributed within the organization at start of every year for 6 months. After approval, Manager than forwards the application to Head of Department. And after the final approval of HOD training is arranged. Secondly, if a company wants to launch a new project than the selected team members have to take training in any case. Company also floats broachers to the employees off and on for training.

CHANNELS OF TRAINING
There are three channels of training being followed by ZONG. 1) Plan from performance upraise. 2) Online training i.e. on job training. 3) Float broachers.

TECHNICAL TRAININGS
To improve technical understanding of its employees, Zong Company sends its employees for various inlands and foreign courses; in addition to that Zong frequently sends its employees for various workshops and seminars

MANAGERIAL TRAINING

Managerial training is on-the-job training method.it includes job rotation, coaching, and action learning METHODS OF TRAINING
Usually formal learning methods are used for training but it also depends according to the situation. Sometimes OJT and JIT is also used. Video conferencing is being used by ZONG for training their employees that are far away from organization. There training methods are same for new as well as old employees. New employees are trained inland. Experienced employees are sent abroad for International trainings.

HOW THEY MOTIVATE THEIR EMPLOYEES


By giving positive messages. By solving exercises. By making them work in groups. Good refreshment. Skills trainings.

PROBLEMS
During training of employees some problems are faced by them:The employees some times are hesitant to coordinate and interact with each other. To overcome this problem , company arranges different activities and exercises in groups. The second main problem is that the trainees are not punctual about time. And due to this the whole schedule gets disturbed. To overcome this problem company made a solution that whoever comes late will be

punished. He or she will sing a song etc. Implementing this solution the problem was solved.

EVALUATION OF EMPLOYEES
ZONG had made a ROI (return on investment). It is the performance upraise. Manager and HOD evaluate the employees on ROI. KPI (keep performance indicator):- one employee should be above 4.5 marks out of 5 throughout the year to be in good eyes. It is monthly based assessment. For promotion or grading of employees ROI sheet is based on which record of individual employee is registered.
