Typical activities associated with the roll out of the Rural Electrification Program and outputs described in the Logical Framework as outlined
below.
PROJECT ROLL OUT ACTIVITIES
The following are the typical activities to implement on the project roll-out outputs:
Component 2.1 Project Management of the Electrification Project construction process
Component 2.2 Carry out the electricity project roll-out in compliance with PNG Power Act and regulation
Component 2.3 Monitor contract works at the construction site
Component 2.4 Assure relevant documents are prepared and provided to the purchaser and Client.
Component 2.5 Assure statutory certification is issued by appropriate authorities
ACTIVITIES
1 Design brief confirmed and Project Design and scope of works meet the Project Inception Report
Inception report prepared including regulator PNG Power limited
concept drawings, budget costs and program. requirements
2 Project documentation prepared Detailed drawings and specifications Electrification project
