Dear Sir,
Reference to the above and pursuant to further discussions and negotiations had with you, we are pleased to
provide the Work Order for executing JIO Telecommunication Tower construction works at Bellary District of
Karnataka State.
Security Deposit: An amount of Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh fifty thousand only) is received from the
contractor as security deposit for issuing the work order. This amount will be refunded to the contractor at the
end of the contract period against contractor fulfilling his duties with satisfying work requirements within the
project time period.
Completion Period: 30 days after allocation of Sites to the contractor. If time period is acceded more than 30
days, 5% of particular tower construction contract value will be deducted as penalty. Bonus of 5% of particular
tower construction contract value will be paid extra to the contractor if he finishes all aspects of the work within
22 days from the site allocated date.
Payment Terms: 95% in 30 days after total completion of work including HOTO and submission of bill. 5% as
retention amount to be paid after defect liability period (12 months from the date of issue of
completion/acceptance certificate) as per JIO Norms.
Insurance: All risks in connection with provision of services shall be the responsibility of the contractor. The
contractor shall take adequate insurance to cover all risks in connection with the execution of contract.

Non Scheduled Items: Hard rock excavation will be paid @ Rs. 850/- per Cum for the quantity verified and
approved by JIO engineer.
The sites address and contact person details will be provided during site allocation to the contractor within 10
working days from the date of work order.
