RENEWAL PRICE
If you took at page 5, the price of your season ticket is already printed for you. However, this price is only available if you renew before the deadline of Tuesday 31st January 2012. Any renewals received after this deadline date will pay the late renewal price (Please see season ticket prices below). There maybe changes according to circumstances (e.g. where a junior has now reached the age of 16 etc), Leeds United reserve the right to amend any incorrect prices. Your seat will only be reserved for you until Friday 30th March 2012. your season ticket application form. If this cannot be completed at the time of purchase, students must pay the full adult price and claim the difference back once their student concession form has been completed and received by Ticket Services. The deadline to claim the refund is 31st October 2012. Existing student season ticket holders must complete the student concession form on a seasonal basis.

FAMILY AREA POLICY

The Family Areas are designed for parents/guardians/senior citizens attending with juniors. Season tickets in this area are allocated on a strict ratio of two adults to each family group. When a junior reaches the age of 16 and remains in full time education, we offer a student concession price. In this case, the adult no longer qualifies for the family adult price unless they are still attending with a junior. If there are no longer any juniors in the family group, then the family must relocate to an alternative area of the ground. Please return your family applications in the same envelope.

CONCESSIONS
To qualify for any of the concessions below, you must be the appropriate age on the 1st August 2012, proof of age is required. Concession prices are only available in designated stands. Concessionary prices are available to: a) Juniors under 16, b) Senior citizens aged 60+, or c) Students in full time education aged 21 or under. PLEASE NOTE: If you an existing concession season ticket holder in the East Central Lower, East Upper or the John Charles West Stand and you do not renew your season ticket before Friday 30th March 2012, then you will lose your concession. Student season tickets holders must renew before Friday 30th March 2012 to claim a student concession price. After this deadline date students prices are only available in area L35 of the Family Area. SEAT TRANSFERS
If you wish to change your seat please send a covering letter with your renewal form. If you request to change your seat after your season ticket renewal has been processed, please send a letter to Ticket Services stating your new requirements. Any increase in price must be paid for by cheque or debit card.

WILL I RECEIVE A NEW SEASON TICKET CARD?

Yes. Your new Season Ticket Access Card will be dispatched to you approximately three weeks before the first home game of the 2012/13 season. To ensure safe delivery of your new season card, please check that your address is correct on page 5.

The prices in red are only available to existing season ticket holders who paid the concession price in the West Stand, East Stand Upper or East Central Lower for the 2011/12 season and still qualify for the concession for the 2012/13 season.
