Insights:
I learned a lot from this workshop, on how to view the bigger picture of our strengths. It gives me a
broader understanding of how our strengths may contribute to our overall character and virtue and how
they can connect to shape our behavior.
Then, the workshop presented me with different techniques that I can use to improve myself. The
speaker shared various interventions to help us develop and apply our strengths more effectively in our
daily lives. These techniques are important, not just for our personal growth but also it can help in both
personal and professional contexts.
Lastly, I realized the importance of always recognizing and acknowledging my strengths. The workshop
emphasized that regularly appreciating our strengths can boost our self-confidence and motivation. By
being aware of our strengths, we can be better in leveraging them to overcome our trials and challenges
and most important, achieving our goals.
