Formula for KSA

Grade 6- Grade 18= (Total/30 * 2.5) & Grade 19 - Grade 23 (Total/30 * 2.916)

Scenario 1:
If employee total salary is 10,000 and his/her grade is 10, then monthly accrual will be 10,000/30 * 2.5 = 833.33
Scenario 2:
If employee total salary is 10,000 and his/her grade is 20, then monthly accrual will be 10,000/30 * 2.916 = 972
Scenario 3:
Retro Effect: If employee salary changed in middle of month (e.g. Mar) anf effective date is 3 months earlier (e.g. Jan) then diffe
of accrual for 2 months will be added in Mar accrual (March accrual after salary change is 400 and previous accrual is 300 then
accrual will be 100 + 100 + 400 = 600)

UAE Annual Leave as per labor law


*Less than 6 months No balance
*6 months- less than 1 year 2 days per month
*after completing one year, the balance will be 30 days starting from date of joining deduting any ann
leave days were taken)
*onwards 2.5 per month
