RFP for “Construction of Iconic Hybrid Cable Stayed and Suspension Bridge Across Krishna
River on NH -167K (Design Chainage km 87+360 to km 88+437) in the States of Telangana
and Andhra Pradesh on Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Basis”.
The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways through Engineer-in-Chief (R&B), NH, CRF &
Buildings, Errum Manzil is engaged in the development of National Highways and as part of this
endeavour, it has been decided to undertake “Construction of Iconic Hybrid Cable Stayed and
Suspension Bridge Across Krishna River on NH -167K (Design Chainage km 87+360 to km
88+437) in the States of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh on Engineering, Procurement and
Construction (EPC) Basis”.
The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways represented by its DG (RD) & SS now invites bids
from eligible contractors for the following projects:

The complete BID document can be viewed / downloaded from official portal of the CPPP
website https://eprocure.gov.in and BIMS portal website https://bims.gov.in from 07.10.2023 to
28.11.2023 (upto 15.00 Hrs. IST). Bidder must submit its Financial bid and Technical Bid at
https://eprocure.gov.in on or before 28.11.2023 (upto 15.00 hours IST). Further, Bidders also
needs to upload technical bids on BIMS i.e., https://bims.gov.in/. Bids received online shall be
opened on 29.11.2023 (at15.00 hours IST).
Bid through any other mode shall not be entertained. The scanned copy of the original
documents viz, Bid Security, online receipt towards document fee, Power of Attorney and Joint
Bidding Agreement etc. shall be submitted online by the Bidder on or before 28.11.2023 (at 15.00
hours IST) alongwith the bid. However, the bidders has to submit the original documents along
with Original Bank Guarantee(BG) (in case of submission of Electronic Bank Guarantee (e-BG)
facility is not available) towards Bid Security physically with the concerned authority within 7
days of bid due date. Further, it may be noted that in case of non-submission of Original Bank
Guarantee(BG)/Electronic Bank Guarantee (e-BG) towards Bid Security within prescribed date

and time, the action against the bidder for debarring from participating in bidding of NH and other
centrally sponsored works for 1 year may be taken. Please note that the Authority reserves the
right to accept or reject all or any of the BIDs without assigning any reason whatsoever.
