FOUNDATION:
Depth - 3’0” from the Basement floor level.
P.C.C [1:4:8] – 40mm aggregate at 6” depth.
Footing Mat size – 4’x4’ with 8mm rod
Flooring concrete will be done with P.C.C. 1:4:8 for a thickness of 3”

PLINTH BEAM
RCC 1:1.5:3 will be provided for plinth-beam using 20mm aggregate.
Plinth beam connecting all over the walls with size of 1’x1’x1’ with 3Nos of 16mm rod and 2Nos
of 12mm rod & 8mm stirrups.

COLOUMN
