description and at any height including removing out the debris to a

Providing and constructing with granite/trap/basalt size stone masonry for

hammered, dressed in courses not less than 15cms high, bond stones at
1.50 m. apart in each course including racking out joints for plastering or
6 for pointing or for finishing the joints flush as the work proceeds.The rate 140.00 Cu.mtr 0.00
should also include for making or leaving holes for fixing pvc pipes,weep
holes and with expansion joint at every 30mtr c/c making good ,curing etc.,

Formwork by providing timber/ M.S sheet with all supports, struts braces,
wedges, scaffolders, bracing ladders gang ways, dressings with oil including
MS bolts, nuts and washers. temporary openings for filleting for stop,
chamfered edges, internal/external splayed rounded angles or grooves for
7 forming throating including removing all materials from the premises after 700.00 Sq.Mtr. 0.00

Cement mortar (1:4) plastering 15mm thick over brick/concrete /stone

The tenderer shall quote the rates inclusive of GST and all other taxes, duties, levies, fees and charges or any other imposition by the Central / State Government or any statutory authorities of

whatever nature and all other costs including loading, un-loading, Insurance, transportation, testing, Certification expenses etc. L1 (lowest quote) will be determined based on the total quoted
amount inclusive of all taxes and other charges as mentioned above.
ii) Payment will be subject to terms and conditions in the tender document

2) It is recommended that the agency may make a site visit and estimate the quantum of work before submitting the quotation.
No extra claim will be entertained at a later stage citing ignorance of site conditions
