especially in independent movie, such as

subscriber pay their subscribtion easier.
Flixtival shold have a good relation with Bekraf and
goverment for strengthening their assets.
WEBSITE AND APPS
Building a website is Flixtival's main requirement,
considering that almost all services from this site will
be centered here.
Applications on the Android and iOS Operating
Systems are of further concern. This application will
prioritize the functions of forums, and then ticket
boxes, shops and streaming.
It's all based on the research that Cinema Poetica
did before.

BRAND DEVELOPMENT
Community become a big asset for Flixtival ID, and
Flixtival should build their loyalty with some event:
Kopi Darat (meet and greet), Festival Award, etc.
Flixtival also should strengthening its brand by social
media. Some endorsement and how to package the
community development events could be a

Netpac or National Festival).
In addition, Flixtival could make a festival for
Indonesian festival films enthusiast, the "Piala
Maya", whose the winner will be based from the
subscribers. Inviting movie-geek to get involved will
also build a community that is loyal to Flixtival.

CINEMA AND FESTIVAL
As a movie-geeks, coming to festivals or cinemas is
the first effort even though there are already many
VOD services in Indonesia. Also, Watching movies
on the silver screen becomes a ritual for them.

Buying merchandise and physical products from
movies, such as Blu-Ray or DVD, is also one of the
pride for a Movie geeks. Flixtival must be able to
accommodate this, and package it as something
interesting.
