Contract for Perpetual Friendship

This contract, hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement," is made and entered into this 30th day of
August, 2024, by and between:

1. JACKIE AYRAN PINEDA, residing at PALAUIG, ZAMBALES hereinafter referred to as "Party A";

2. MARIAN RYZA ARAUCTO SISON, residing at BOTOLAN, ZAMBALES, hereinafter referred to as "Party B";

3. GERSH SHEKINAH SORIANO MICLAT, residing at SAN AGUSTIN, ZAMBALES, hereinafter referred to as
"Party C".

WHEREAS, the Parties desire to formalize their commitment to a lifelong friendship, based on mutual
respect, understanding, and shared values;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, the
Parties agree as follows:

1. Definition of Friendship:

For the purposes of this Agreement, "friendship" shall be defined as a bond characterized by:

- Mutual respect: Acknowledging and valuing each other's individualities, perspectives, and choices.

- Open communication: Engaging in honest and respectful dialogue, expressing thoughts and feelings
freely.

- Empathy and support: Offering emotional and practical assistance during times of need, celebrating
successes, and providing a listening ear.

- Shared experiences: Creating memories together through activities, conversations, and moments of
shared joy and sorrow.

- Unconditional acceptance: Embracing each other's strengths and weaknesses, flaws and imperfections.
2. Conditions of Friendship:

The Parties agree to uphold the following conditions to ensure the longevity and quality of their
friendship:

CONDITION 1

- If Party A is ever in need of help, then Party B or Party C must always be available at that time, to the
best of their ability, to provide support and assistance.

- If Party B is ever in need of help, then Party A or Party C must always be available at that time, to the
best of their ability, to provide support and assistance.

- If Party C is ever in need of help, then Party A or Party B must always be available at that time, to the
best of their ability, to provide support and assistance.

CONDITION 2

- Party A must NEVER disobey the conditions of this contract without valid reasons. If ever so, Party B or
Party C must try to convince Party A to stay within the framework of this Agreement. If both Parties B
and C fail to do so, then they should respect each other's reasons and the decision of Party A.

- Party B must NEVER disobey the conditions of this contract without valid reasons. If ever so, Party A or
Party C must try to convince Party B to stay within the framework of this Agreement. If both Parties A
and C fail to do so, then they should respect each other's reasons and the decision of Party B.

- Party C must NEVER disobey the conditions of this contract without valid reasons. If ever so, Party A or
Party B must try to convince Party C to stay within the framework of this Agreement. If both Parties A
and B fail to do so, then they should respect each other's reasons and the decision of Party C.

CONDITION 3

- Safety: Each Party agrees to prioritize the physical and emotional safety of the other Parties. This
includes:

- Never engaging in any actions that could put another Party at risk of harm.

- Immediately informing the other Parties of any potential threats or dangers to their well-being.

- Supporting each other in creating and maintaining a safe and secure environment for themselves and
their loved ones.

- Loyalty: Each Party agrees to be loyal and trustworthy to the other Parties, demonstrating this through:

- Never betraying the trust of another Party by sharing confidential information or engaging in harmful
gossip.
- Always supporting and defending the other Parties, even in difficult situations.

- Prioritizing the well-being of the other Parties over personal gain or convenience.

- Honesty: Each Party agrees to be honest and transparent with the other Parties, fostering trust and
understanding through:

- Openly communicating their thoughts, feelings, and intentions.

- Avoiding deception or manipulation in their interactions.

- Holding each other accountable for their actions and words.

CONDITION 4

- Party A will promise to never leave Party B and Party C's side, and if there comes a chance that
they all get separated she/he must promise to stay in touch.
- Party B will promise to never leave Party A and Party C's side, and if there comes a chance that
they all get separated she/he must promise to stay in touch.
- Party C will promise to never leave Party A and Party B's side, and if there comes a chance that
they all get separated she/he must promise to stay in touch.

CONDITION 5

Shared Experiences and Memories

- The Parties will strive to create shared experiences and memories together, whether through
travel, hobbies, volunteering, or simply spending time together.

- The Parties will cherish and value the memories they create together, and will revisit them
fondly in the years to come.

Personal Growth and Support

- The Parties will support each other's personal growth and development, encouraging each other
to pursue their passions and goals.

- The Parties will be a source of encouragement and motivation for each other, celebrating each
other's milestones and offering support during setbacks.
Acceptance and Understanding

- The Parties will accept and understand each other's differences, recognizing that each person is
unique and has their own strengths and weaknesses.

- The Parties will strive to see each other's perspectives and to be empathetic towards each
other's feelings.

Forgiveness and Reconciliation

- The Parties will strive to forgive each other's mistakes and to reconcile after disagreements.

- The Parties will recognize that forgiveness is a gift to oneself as well as to the other person, and
that it is essential for maintaining a healthy and fulfilling friendship.

Celebration and Appreciation

- The Parties will celebrate each other's birthdays, holidays, and other special occasions.

- The Parties will express their appreciation for each other regularly, both verbally and through
acts of kindness.

UNDERSTANDING THIS CONTRACT:

Article 1: Mutual Respect and Support

1.1 The Parties agree to treat each other with respect, kindness, and consideration at all times.

1.2 The Parties will support each other through life's challenges and celebrate each other's successes.
1.3 The Parties will be there for each other in times of need, offering emotional support, practical
assistance, and a listening ear.

Article 2: Communication and Honesty

2.1 The Parties will maintain open and honest communication with each other.

2.2 The Parties will strive to resolve any conflicts or disagreements in a respectful and constructive
manner.

2.3 The Parties will be understanding and forgiving of each other's mistakes.

Article 3: Loyalty and Trust

3.1 The Parties will be loyal to each other and will not betray each other's trust.

3.2 The Parties will keep each other's secrets and confidences.

3.3 The Parties will be honest and truthful with each other, even when it is difficult.

Article 4: Separation and Staying in Touch

4.1 The Parties acknowledge that life circumstances may necessitate periods of separation.

4.2 In the event of separation, the Parties will make every effort to stay in touch, whether through
phone calls, emails, letters, or other means of communication.

4.3 The Parties will strive to maintain a strong bond, even when physically apart.

Article 5: Amendment and Termination

5.2 This Friendship Contract may be terminated by any Party upon written notice to the other Parties,
provided that such termination is not made in bad faith.

5.3. Binding Effect: This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Parties hereto
and their respective heirs.

FRIENDSHIP OATH: The Delulu Oath of Friendship

This agreement must be kept confidential by Gersh Shekinah Soriano Miclat. It should be safeguarded
at all times, and the existence of this contract agreement should never be disclosed to anyone.
