FRIENDSHIP CONTRACT

This Friendship Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement" "Agreement" or "Membership") is made as

of __________ (the "Effective Date"), by and between the following persons (hereinafter
"parties") _____________________________________ and
_____________________________ Stipulating that they agree to be bound by the terms and
conditions set forth below:

1. GENERAL CLAUSES FOR THOSE INVOLVED

a. Those involved declare with their signature that they do so by mutual agreement
and in full use of their mental faculties, affirming with this that the present
agreement shall be of a private and lifelong nature.
b. The parties involved declare with their signature that they have read the above in
its entirety and accept each and every one of the clauses set forth in this contract.
c. The parties involved declare with their signature that they agree on the
indissoluble quality of the present contract. The termination of the contract will
only be effective based on the terms explained in Appendix B "Cases of contract
cancellation".
d. The present contract shall not and may not interfere with other contracts of
friendship and love that the parties may have acquired prior to this one, however,
it is specified that it may interfere with future contracts between the parties or
with other persons.
2. SPECIFIC CLAUSES: OF LOVE, FRIENDSHIP AND THEIR CORRESPONDENCE
The following will specify those situations, events, circumstances and other eventualities
in which the parties to this contract agree on the respective standards for the level of love
they feel for each other, as well as material and non-material demonstrations of affection.
a. It is implied that any of the members contemplated in this contract must love their
equal (the other) above all else, even when the situation warrants otherwise

(except for the special cases mentioned in Appendix B "Cases of annulment of the
contract").
b. Those involved declare with their signature to correspond to the other person in
equal demonstrations of affection, affection and attention. The exchange of these
shall be carried out either within the same number of units or in proportion of
quality, always taking into account the needs of the other party.
c. The demonstration of this (but not the level of love) can only be affected by
factors such as:
i. That one of the parties involved has a formal partner that affects the
friendship relationship between them, for which the provisions described
in Appendix A "Friendship at Risk Contingency Protocol" shall be
applied.
ii. That the context in which they meet is inappropriate for the specific
display of affection or appreciation between them.
iii. That the contract is terminated due to a violation or breach of any of the
rules stipulated in this contract.
3. SPECIFIC CLAUSES: OF PREEMINENCE OF THE RELATIONSHIP
a. Those involved declare with their signature that the friendship relationship
stipulated in this contract is and will be superior to all those subsequent friendship
relationships that may arise in the future, demonstrated through giving priority in
situations such as:
i. Team selection in school, work, sporting events or similar situations.
ii. Invitations to places that the other party involved has verbally expressed a
desire to go if the opportunity arises (theme parks, museums, premieres,
parties, etc.).
iii. Telling secrets, ideas, thoughts of precipitating events (gossip) of any
kind, whether they involve any of the signatories to the contract or not.
b. It is therefore implicit that the friendship relationship, once formalized by means
of the signatures of those involved, will remain above any other type of
subsequent relationship, including friendships with other people, work, school,
etc. Thus:

1. Change of house
2. Disabling accidents
3. Crisis intervention
4. Search for a family member

and needing help to squash it
6. Taking care of the other person's home.

4. SPECIFIC CLAUSES: SOCIALIZATION AND FREQUENCY OF VISITS

a. This contract obliges both parties (involved) to maintain physical visits with a
periodicity of no more than 3 months between them, in order to maintain an
updated and current informative relationship between the parties.
b. Both parties are obliged to attend events, cultural or otherwise, in which one of
the parties involved will be a participant, fundamental or not, as moral support or
for any eventuality that may arise at the time.
c. The parties involved declare with their signature that they agree to involve the
other in any event or social gathering that may be of interest to the other, with the
express exception of not wishing to participate on the part of the party in question.

1. Meals
2. Movie marathons
3. Outings to night clubs

i. The person involved will always answer all messages in social networks
and chat rooms first, before answering anyone else.
ii. Responding to social media posts and memes becomes MANDATORY
for both parties, which includes but is not limited to "reacting".
5. SPECIFIC CLAUSES: OF SECRETS, FEELINGS AND EMOTIONS
a. Those involved declare and acknowledge with their signature that the friendship
agreement cannot be unilateral. Therefore, friendship should be based on mutual
concern and loyalty.
b. Based on the principle of treating the friendship as honestly as possible, either of
the parties involved may inform the other about their faults and mistakes in any
situation or about the friendship itself, without this representing an offense to
either of the parties involved.
c. In the case of secrets and confessions, the signing of this contract obliges both
parties to ensure that what is heard from the mouth of the other party involved
will not be divulged by any means, whether verbal, written or digital.
i. Failure to comply with this paragraph and its respective penalty shall be
subject to the discretion of the affected party and may range from a
common penalty to termination of the contract.
d. The parties involved declare with their signature that they shall not hide any
secret among themselves, much less when the secret or gossip in question
involves them directly or indirectly; therefore, when they learn of any situation or
event involving the parties involved, they must inform the company as soon as
possible; however, there are reasons why this obligation is annulled, as presented
below:
i. In the case of a surprise party for one of the parties involved
ii. When knowledge of sensitive information could cause conflict with other
members, such conflict being unavoidable.
iii. When the safety of the universe depends on not revealing information to
anyone, not even your best friend.
iv. When one of the parties involved obtains supernatural powers whose
operation depends on not being able to reveal that information to anyone.

e. This contract directly prohibits either party from mocking or teasing the other
under any circumstances and as follows:
i. In case of attempted offense or mockery by either party, this contract will
be suspended and the protocol described in Appendix A "Friendship in
Jeopardy Contingency Protocol" will be applied.
ii. The jokes, mockery and offenses to be considered for the purposes of the
preceding paragraph shall be at the discretion of each of the parties
involved and shall be expressed verbally by them.
iii. In the event of an incident, the corresponding sanction will be applied and
at the discretion of the affected party, which must be complied with by the
offender if he/she wishes to continue being a beneficiary of the provisions
of this contract, in addition to an equitable fine of apologies and excuses.
f. Both parties agree not to have any kind of love interest between them,
jeopardizing the present contract by acquiring negative feelings unilaterally or
bilaterally after this fact.
i. Should this situation arise for either party, the contract will be suspended
due to the conflict of interest and the non-emotionally involved party will
be released from any obligation stipulated in the contract until the contract
is reestablished or definitively dissolved.
ii. If at some point in the life of this contract both parties agree to have a
relationship based on something other than the friendship stipulated in this
contract, the present contract would cease to have any value forcing both
parties to create and adhere to a short-term pre-arrangement of courtship
or similar, according to the type of love relationship they wish to manage.
g. Both parties agree not to have any kind of sexual contact between them, which
would jeopardize the present contract by acquiring negative feelings unilaterally
or bilaterally after the occurrence of this event.
i. Sexual contact is understood as any kind of kissing, touching, hugging,
rubbing and touching that is not explicitly agreed to be part of either:
1. A game or joke
2. A challenge among friends

substance that affects reasoning, will automatically suspend the contract
until the situation is reevaluated and both parties express that there was no
problem.
1. In case of any inconvenience, the protocol described in Appendix
A "Contingency protocol for friends in danger" will be applied.
iii. If at some point in the life of this contract both parties were to agree to
have a sexual encounter, the present contract would cease to have any
value forcing both parties to create and adhere to a short-term pre-
arrangement of courtship or similar, according to the type of romantic
relationship they wish to manage.
6. SPECIFIC CLAUSES: MUTUAL ENTERTAINMENT, JOKES AND RECREATION
a. Both parties to the contract are obligated to share any discoveries about all types
of entertainment, including, but not limited to:
i. Books
ii. Bands
iii. Films
iv. Series
b. From the previous paragraph and in the event that both parties are in similar
interest about what has been discovered, the parties involved will enter into an
"Exclusivity Period" of one (1) month in which neither party will be able to share
their discoveries with anyone else.
c. Neither party may, under any circumstances or with the express permission of the
other party, fast forward through any episode of anything that the other party is
also watching on Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, Disney+, or other similar
streaming service. This applies even if one of the parties is disconnected from the
network for several days, they are angry or one of them is in a perpetual coma.
d. Both parties are required to share a minimum of five (5) inside jokes and/or
games with each other, including but not limited to:

ii. The game of the bocho

iii. Funny jokes or nicknames
iv. Throwing things
v. Make each other angry by imitating each other
e. It is the obligation of both parties to make an exchange of gifts on festive dates,
which are not subject to any lower or higher base price, but must be retributive to

ii. Christmas
iii. Valentine's Day
iv. Contract anniversary day
v. Graduations
vi. Wedding of one of the parties
1. Any other date not provided for above is at the discretion of the
parties involved, but is not bound by the effects of this contract.
7. OTHER CONSIDERATIONS AND FINAL GENERALITIES
a. If one of the parties finds obvious signs of lack of care on the part of the other
party, it has all the right in the world to ask the other party for the interest on such
lack and the other party has the obligation to update its care by adding such
interest to its own doing.
b. If one of the parties tacitly terminates the present contract, without having
informed the other party fifteen (15) days in advance, the latter shall be entitled to
both the settlement of excuses and apologies, as well as an indemnity for
posthumous attentions taking into account the duration of the contract up to the
date of such act. To this will be added a fine, corresponding to seeking a possible
friendship to alleviate the side effect of being left without a friendship contract.
c. If at any time during the life of this contract one of the parties deems it convenient
to close the contract, due to lack of time, change of address or a contagious
disease, both parties shall enter into a tacit agreement, which exempts them from
checking the needs of the other party, as well as obligates them to a periodic

exchange without fail. Failure to comply with this clause will result in the deletion
of both parties from the friends list and the status of "acquaintances" until they
find another friend.

This contract is therefore open to any natural person wishing to make any type of consultation on
the same. Both parties, having read, understood and agreed to the foregoing, declare to be, as of

APPENDIX A
Endangered Friendship Contingency Protocol

This appendix contains the protocol to be followed in the event of any situation described in the
attached friendship contract or any other situation that threatens the friendship between the
parties involved. Therefore, the steps to be taken to avoid and minimize the negative
consequences are as follows:
1. Suspend the friendship contract and all its clauses in order to avoid any interaction that
could further affect the current situation.
2. Proceed to an evaluation of the situation in which the points, feelings and emotions that
triggered the application of this protocol will be clarified.
3. Establish a period of seven (7) working days in which to test and try to resolve the
situation together, in order to cancel or reduce as much as possible the negative
consequences of the triggering event.
4. During this period it is strictly forbidden to involve third parties in the problems of the
friendship, unless these third parties are directly related to the event that triggered the
protocol.
5. At the end of the probationary period stipulated in paragraph 3, it shall be decided
whether the friendship should continue.
a. If the response is positive, the protocol is suspended and continues without any
change in the original friendship contract, which implies that retaliation,
consequences and acts that occurred prior to the triggering event and within the
probationary period cannot be used as a claim, reproach or offense in the future.
b. If the answer is negative, the protocol is terminated and the original contract is
terminated, either to make way for a new contract or to end the friendly
relationship between the parties involved.
