Dear Mr Stevens,

I am a seventeen year old student in year 11. I am writing to request more information about
the volunteer program at the graphic design school, which was announced on your website on
April 16.

This program really interests me because I really want to gain experience working with design
professionals. I'm going to study graphic design next year to become a professional, so it would
be really rewarding to have some practical experience in this área.

I am a responsible and down-to-earth person, so I think I could be an awesome member of the


team. For example, I have been to many courses and I have helped in factories 5 times a week.

I would appreciate if you could send me more information about the requirements of the
volunteer program. I am about to take my exams, but I will be available from June 1.
