Greetings of peace and prosperity.
Maninang Elementary School was adjudged as the Best Implementing School during the
BrigadaEskwela 2017 and 2018 (Small School Category) in the whole Philippines. This is a
manifestation of how our barrio school stakeholders show their cooperation and generosity to
have this award. Thus, we are making utmost effort in the preparation for the next school year
in order to show the best in all aspects for the good of the school community.
In this connection, Parents Teachers Association are planning to establish a raffle draw next
February 2018 and relative to this, the Maninang Elementary Stakeholders would like to solicit
your benevolent help that could offer to us to make this into reality to help us achieve our
goals.

Dear Sir/Madam:
The Yuletide season is now in our midst. It opens joy and happiness in the hearts of people.
Christmas has also become for us a time to share the blessings our Lord has bestowed upon us.
In accordance with this, the Parents-Teachers Association and School Governing Council of
Maninang Elementary School would like to hold a Christmas Carolingon each of your house to
solicit any assistance that you can provide us in our endeavor to help our school raise funds for
the fulfillment of our school projects. We would be very grateful to receive your donation, in
cash or in kind. Thanking you in anticipation.
Let us redeem the true meaning of Christmas and understand the spirit of giving and sharing.
