Dear, Ms. Andini;

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express some concerns regarding our recent order No.
452/09/MJ/XXIII/2024, which was supposed to consist of 200 units each of handbags, backpacks, and
tote bags, customized with crocodile skin and shipped within one week.

Upon receiving the shipment, we noticed the following issues that need immediate attention:

Product Discrepancy: Some of the bags we received do not match the customization specifications.
Specifically, a portion of the handbags and backpacks appear to be made from a different type of leather
than the crocodile skin that was agreed upon.

Quantity Mismatch: The total number of bags received was less than the ordered 600 units. We only
received 550 units instead.

Delivery Timeline: The order arrived 5 days late, which has caused delays in our internal operations and
affected our delivery commitments to our clients.

These issues are critical to the success of our business, and we kindly request that you address them as
soon as possible. We expect either an immediate replacement of the incorrect items and delivery of the
missing bags or an appropriate compensation to be arranged.

We value our partnership and hope to resolve this issue quickly and professionally. Please let us know
how you plan to rectify these concerns at your earliest convenience.
