WORK CARRIED OUT
Our expert performed a series of tasks to address the customer's concerns and
identify the underlying cause of the engine's failure to start. The following steps
were undertaken:
Based on diagnostic and physical examination, the following issues were identified:
1. checked Fresh water circuit & found ok.
2. checked Fresh water pressure sensor and connections & found ok.
3. checked fuel governor circuit & found ok.
4. a short sea trial conducted found excessive vibration and bad sound from under water
after exceeding 1300 rpm of port side engine.

Need to reprogram SFFR unit for coolant pressure alarms.
Need to under water inspection for bad sound.
Need to check propeller shaft alignment for engine excessive vibration.
