Defendant.
CRIMINAL COMPLAINT.
The Defendant above named having committed the crime of STALKING
(Misdemeanor - NRS 200.575 - NOC 50331), in the manner following, to wit: That the said
Defendant, on or between March 21, 2024 and April 15, 2024, at and within the County of
Clark, State of Nevada, did unlawfully, willfully or maliciously engage in a course of conduct
directed towards NNN that would cause a reasonable person under similar
circumstances to feel terrorized, frightened, intimidated, harassed, or fearful for her immediate
safety or the immediate safety of a family or household member, by placing an electric tracking
device on the vehicle and/or cellular telephone of the said IIIS and that
course of conduct did, in fact, cause MM to feel terrorized, frightened,
intimidated, harassed, or fearful for her immediate safety or the immediate safety of a family
or household member.
All of which is contrary to the form, force and effect of Statutes in such cases made and
provided and against the peace and dignity of the State of Nevada, Said Complainant makes
this declaration subject to the penalty of perjury.
