PLAN OF ANALYSIS
The analysis of the research would be carried out with the help of various Tables, Charts, Graphs etc. to interpret the data collected. The charts, tables etc. would give an insight about the different statistics and position of the organization, which would be easy to understand and hence compare the various factors. Other figures and diagrams may also be used if needed to carry out the research work. Various assumptions will be made wherever it is needed.
SAMPLING
For the study, a sample of nearly 500 customers will be selected. The Sampling Techniques used for the research would be Probability Sampling, such as Random Sampling.
RELEVANCE
The study helps the organization to understand the customer expectations better. The study will help the organization to know the satisfaction level of the customers. The study helps the organization to build long term relationship with the existing customers. The study helps the organization to increase its market share.
HYPOTHESIS
A Hypothesis would be developed to find out Whether the customers are satisfied with the range of products offered by Anfal super market H0: The customers are satisfied with the range of products offered H1: The customers are not satisfied with the range of products offered
LIMITATIONS
We may not get all the 500 people who can fill the questionnaire honestly The regular activities are affected during the study. Time constraint
