Subject: 3 KWp ON Grid Solar Rooftop System.
Location: Bhopal
Introduction
ZunRoof has proposed an order of supply and installation of a 3 KWp ON Grid System.
Engineering and Supervision
Post acceptance of work order:
ZunRoof will ensure the Solar Rooftop System is designed to maximize the output from the sun.
ZunRoof will optimize the design of the panel's layout, height and strength of structure.
ZunRoof will supervise installation of the system to ensure execution meets the design.

● Structure cost is included in the above final cost.
● AC and DC Cable above 50 m are Chargeable.
● ZunRMS worth Rs 10,000 with 1 year of access to ZunRMS feature in ZunRoof app is
included in the above price.
● Net Metering Charges are excluded in the above price as per Actual.
● Feasibility Application charges (and any charges in Sanctioned Load or Name
Change charges, Name Correction Charges etc ) are not included in the above price
and will be charged in actuals.
● Any entry charges to the complex will be extra and paid as actuals.
● 5 Years of AMC is included in the above cost.
Payment Terms
1. INR 10000 at the time of order confirmation.
2. 50% after Layout approval and will deliver inverter and structure at site.
3. Remaining payment after inverter delivery and will deliver remaining materials and
will complete the site.
We will start the procurement process as soon as you confirm the order. From the time of
confirmation, till 7 days of order confirmation, there will be a nominal cancellation charge of INR
25,000 or 5% of system cost, whichever is higher. Any cancellation after that will be subject to our
liabilities. We will commission the system within 90 working days of receiving 100 percent of the
total system cost, subject to adherence of payment terms.
Installation Steps:
● Installation of Structure on Roof with Panels.
● Inverter will be installed on the roof.
● Earthing will be installed in the ground inside (or outside) the premises. Client will help in
determine an appropriate location for the same.
● Earthing strip/wire will connect to the panels on roof top through conduit.
● A lightning arrestor will also be installed on the roof.
