Dinnabelle: He’s late.

Charles: Good morning everybody, sorry I’m late. Traffic jam, let’s start.

Tyron: Please bring in our first interviewee

Sophia: *Nods* Ms. Andrea, you’re up first.

Andrea: *Walks In*

Charles: Good morning. Please, take a seat.

Andrea: *sits”

Tyron: First, tell us about yourself.

Andrea: I am Andrea Dapug, 27 years old from Brgy. Paysud palapag N.


Samar, I’m a former branch manager in JUTON a paint Company. And I
resigned their because I’m not satisfied with the salary and also because I’m
a single mom of my two daughters.

Dinnabelle: What’s your academic background?


Andrea: I’ve graduated in University of Santo Tomas Manila of bachelor’s
degree of Science in Business administration (BSBA). I Graduated with a GPA
of 3.2.

Charles: Wow! That’s impressive. Academics aside, what do you think is your
biggest strengths and weaknesses? And elaborate.

Andrea: I think my strength is my personality, I can easily get along with


others and can build friendship in a short period of time, and I think that
strength is essential in this position. As for my weakness, I can’t manage my
time easily and sometimes if they give me so much workloads I get stressed
a lot and the quality of my work sometimes lessens.

Zyra: That’s understandable, most when faced with stress becomes unable
to maintain the quality of their work. You mentioned that you get along with
people easily, what is your thoughts about switching work place and co
workers from time to time and having to interact with different people each
time? Because you see this position you’re applying for requires you to
switch branches from time to time.

Andrea: Actually, it's favorable for me in that point I can work easily, expand
my social life and my interaction through the employee of the company
more.

Panel:*Nods*

Tyron: Last question, what do you think you can do for the company or what
can you bring into the company?

Andrea: I think the things I can do for the company or the things I can bring
for the company is my ability to do my assigned job easily and quickly. Also I
can make and help your company to grow and become a successful
company.
Charles: That’s all the questions. Thank you for Ms. Andrea, we’ll ring you up
when you got the job. Good bye.

Andrea: *Leaves*

Tyron: Bring in the next one.

Sophia: Yes sir. Ms. Mary Jane, you’re up.

Mary: *Enters*

Charles: Take a seat.

Mary: *Sits*

Dinnabelle: You’re applying for the position of Finance Manager for this
branch right?

Mary: Yes Ma’am, that’s correct.

Tyron: Hmm. First, why don’t you tell us about yourself?

Mary: uhm I’m Mary Jane Murao, I graduate with a bachelor’s degree in
Accounting with a GPA of 3.7 in a 4.0 scale. I’m fresh out of college, but I
have some previous job experiences related to the field.
Tyron: Good enough.

Charles: Next, what made you want to join our company? Noting that we
have many other competitors.

Mary: Well, I would be lying if I told you that I didn’t get attracted by the
benefits from your competitors. But after some careful consideration I
determined that choosing your company would be beneficial for me in the
long run, not only that but I also heard that your company prioritizes good
work environment above anything else.

Charles: Fair enough.

Dinnabelle: It seems like you are really dedicated to get this position huh.
Well, what makes you think you’re suitable for the job you’re currently
applying to? Remember, there are other applicants here that is aiming for
the same position as you.

Mary: I believe that I’m suitable for this because, despite being only out of
college and having little to no work experiences at all, I can definitely cope
this with my hardworking personality and abundant knowledge that can
benefit the whole company.

Dinnabelle: Impressive.

Zyra: Lastly, what are you goals? For the company and non-company related.

Mary: uhm… For the company, my goal is definitely to make this branch that
I’m in to be the most know in the area. Non-company related goals would be
to stabling a stable future for my future family and to support my parents.
Charles: That concludes the interview, thank you very much for your time
Ms. Mary Jane Murao. We’ll call you once you get the job.

Mary: Thank you as well *walks out*

Charles: Bring in the next one Ms. Sophia .

Sophia: *Nods* Mr. Menard you’re up

Menard: Good morning Ma’am and Sirs.

Dinnabelle: Good morning as well. First, can you tell us about yourself?

Menard: I am Menard Apolinar, 22 yrs old. I’m actually a college dropout, But
I have a lot of skills to compensate for this. I have a total of 5 yrs of job
experience. I previously worked as a manager in a small company that has
shut down due to the owners negligence. Overall I am a hardworking
individual that is still continuously improving.

Charles: Well, why do you want to work for our company?

Menard: I actually fancy the work environment here. On top of that I’ve
heard about the accomplishments that your company had in the recent
years. So I thought to myself that if I want to better improve myself then
working under you guys would be the best option

Tyron: Impressive. Can you tell us what your strengths are?

Menard: My strengths include my ability to learn things very quickly, despite


dropping out of college I am considered a genius so learning new things and
adapting has never been a problem for me.
Tyron: What about your weaknesses?

Menard: It would be that I’m sometimes short sighted, I don’t have the mind
necessary to always think ahead of time.

Zyra: Next question. What do you think you can do for our company that
others can’t?

Menard: It would be that I am very good at managing people. I know how to


give directions properly and I can also show you an increase in productivity
with my great leadership skills.

Dinnabelle: That would be all, thank you for your time. We would call you

Menard: Thank you. *Leaves*

Sophia: *Nods* Ms. Lyanne you’re up.

Lyanne: *Walks in*

Tyron: Take a seat Please. You’re the last one so we’ll just proceed with
generic questions

Tyron: First, can you tell us about yourself?


Lyanne: I’m Lyanne de Alca, and I’m from Brgy. Pangpang, Palapag, N.
Samar. I graduate with a bachelor’s of Science in Business.And I’m glad that
I’ve been given a chance to be here today. I possess the abilities and traits to
a lot of the job description and to be really good at the job. I’ve had
experience working with others, and I’m a lifelong learner and growth
enthusiast.

Dinnabelle: Next, why do you want this job?

Lyanne: I desire this profession because I’m really passionate about it and I
envision myself working in this field for a long time. I also desire this job
because, based on my research about your business, you’re obviously
inventive, you help your staff with their work, and you constantly aim to
improve and advance.

Zyra: Can you tell us where do you see yourself in the future?

Lyanne: I see myself 5 years from now ,working for in your organization in
the same capacity or having advanced to a more senior job. In five years, I
would have grown considerably as well and be regarded as a dependable,
successful employee.

Charles: What assures you that you’ll last that long and even get a
promotion? Our company has high standards when it comes to promotion
especially hiring. So why should we hire you?

Lyanne: You should hire me because I have the capabilities necessary for
this job, on top of that I also prioritize a good work environment same as
your companies main priority. I also am a very quick learner but I might
require a little supervision going forward. I’ll also make sure to look for ways
to support the expansion of the company
