W: *knock knock* sorry to disturb you, may i come in?

H: No problem! Please come inside and take a seat.

W: Thank you very much.

(William take a seat)

W: Good afternoon ms, i’m William Gaillard Pattinasarany the applicant of accounting in this
company. Nice to meet you.

H: Good afternoon mr William, my name is Hevelyn and i’m your job interviewer today. Nice to meet
you too.

H: So, how are you today?

W: I’m fine and thank you for asking.

H: You’re welcome. First i’d like to congratulate you for passing our aptitude test and that your CV
has interact our HRD team. How do you feel when you get your calling?

W: Truthfully, I feel so honored and excited for the calling and the opportunity for me to get
interviewed today. Thank you very much for trusting me and I’ll do my best.

H: All good! Okay, now let me start the job interview.

H: Can we start off from you tell me about yourself?

W: First of all I’m a fresh graduate from Universitas Indonesia. I worked on some organization and I
was pretty active as a college student in my class. I have some skills that helps me through my
college years such as I can manage and work on groups, I really enjoy reading books, I have lots
knowledge about Information and Technology, I’m pretty good at counting mathematics, and I can
speak in 3 languages which is Indonesia, English, and Mandarin.

H: Impressive! So, how do you find out about this job vacancy?

W: I was searching for a job vacancy for an accounting major fresh graduates. I was scrolling through
my phone and saw an advertisement of accounting job vacancy from this company website.

H: I see. Why do you applied here?

W: I saw that this company is openly accept fresh graduates without any work experience so I tried
to applied here.

H: Okay. What will you do to help our company grows bigger?

W: I will use all my skills here and give my all to achieve this company targets. I will fight any
difficulties that I might encounter along the way. If I face a problem, I will always find a way to solve
it and improve myself to be a better employee. I will also help all my workmates if they need some
help.

H: Great answers! How can you be sure to keep your words?

W: I have a principle to always put all my words into actions. I know I might get wrong sometimes
and I might not always on a good performance of work, but I always try to acknowledge my mistakes
and try to improve it. But as long as I can be on my good perform, I’ll always do my best to keep my
self integrity and boost this corporate to grow bigger.
