TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF?

I am Felissa Ybañez. I Graduated Bachelor of Science in Industrial technology major in


garments technology. After I graduated college, I worked as a secretary for 11 months.

One of my tasks was taking notes and communicating properly to the instructors to
have a smooth operation at our university. I know that my previous job was very
different from being a call center agent, but before I decided to apply here I did a lot of
research about being a call center agent. And I fully knew the workload and the stress
due to working in this industry. But despite all of that, I still want to take on this
challenge. Because I want to become a call center agent and to help the customer's
needs and concerns.

What do you know about the Call Center Industry?


Call Center Industry is a service desk, where the customer service
representative taking calls and accepts calls to the customer's needs and
concerns.

What are the types of the call center? What is the difference
between them?

the Inbound and then outbound.

Inbound - Where the customer service representative is accepting calls to the


customer's needs and concerns.

Outbound - Where the customer service representative is making calls to the customer
regarding to sales or business.

Why should we hire you for our company?

You should hire me because I have the quality that the company is looking for. I love learning
new things. I love talking and helping people to what their concerns. You don't have any
problems regarding in my attitude, attendance, and performance And I am very dedicated to
my work.
What Are Your Weaknesses?
My weakness is my English-Speaking skills, because I cannot express well when I speak in
English, but I don’t want that my weakness can be the hindrance to the opportunity that
surrounds me; that’s why I am trying my best to Enhance my English-speaking skills. I believe,
one day that my weakness will be my strength.

What Are Your Goals?


My goal is to get a job in a growth-oriented company where I can learn a lot of lessons and
experience and also, I can share my ideas and knowledge to the said company.

Your Job?
I want to learn more. I feel like I'm ready to take on more responsibility. I believe I've progressed
as far as I can in my current role. I need a change of environment to motivate me, and I believe
that your company can bring the best out of me.

When Were You Most Satisfied in Your Job?


I was satisfied in my last job, when I did a lot of tasks and reports because I really love to contribute to
the company through my skills and knowledge.
