and twenty five) with a degree in Commercial Business. Subjects related to digital
marketing and language that I like the most. I really hope those skills can help me
with my job.

B: Of course. A friend of mine saw the positon listed on internet and forwarded it to
me, so I spent some time on your website learning about the position and the
company. I also read an article in Business Weekly about your work that really got
me interested.
A: What attracted you to our company?
B: To be honest, I’m interested in your focus on growth. I was really impressed with
your ambitious goals and the clear plan you have for achieving those goals. I also
like the support you provide for your employees. I think that really helps to build
employee satisfaction and loyalty.

me settle for less than my best. And a small mistake can be a big problem for myself
and the company.

B: I have to say, my biggest weakness is sharing too much. Whenever I have any
ideas in my mind, I always want to share that with everybody, all my managers, my
co-workers. And what I realized over the years is these ideas they’re not always good.
It’s something that I’ve spent a lot of time working on and in which I’ve improved
a great deal. In fact, recently, I have been reading a few books to maintain myself
and filter ideas which is good to share and which is not.
A: I see. Sharing what we know is also a good thing and I appreciate it. So, Where
do you see yourself in 5 years?
B: I interested in growth. In five years I would like to be a part of a company growing
its business on a regular and consistent basis. I’d like to be in a Manager of Sales
Department position with a focus on development. And while I know that would
require much more experience, in five years I plan on being ready for it.

about company or the position?

A: Oh, There are many ways we can measure success at work. Measures of success
can be smaller achievements, related activities or the development of skills or
practices that enable you to progress further in your career. We might Request
