B : My pleasure, thank you Sir.
A : Are you ready to do the interview test today?
B : Yes, I’m ready.
A : Tell me about yourself first? Let’s introduce yourself!
B : Let me introduce myself, my name ... I was born in Bandung 22, July 1998 and I
now live in Bandung. I’m fresh graduate from ... university.
A : What field experience do you have for a legal officer position?
B : I have been working with computers since 2017. I also have a degree in network
support/computer repair. I have built my last 3 computers, have work with Dell as an
employee. So I have around 5 years experience working with computers.
A : Tell me about your ability to work under pressure?
B : Pressure is actually a catalyst to my work. When there is an imperative deadline, I
refocus my energy into my work which in fact, has helped me to produce some of my
best works.
A : What have you done to improve your knowledge for a legal officer position in the
last year?
B : Everyone should learn from his or her mistakes. I always try to consult my
mistakes with those senior of my works. I enrolled myself into a course useful for the
next version of our current project. I attended seminars on personal development and
managerial skills improvement.
A : Why do you believe we should hire you?
B : Because I mastered the field of work provided. Backed up with my work
experience in the same field about the last five years.
A : What knowledge do you have about the company?
B : I know the information of this company from job seeker website, so I interest to
applying the job.
A : Why are you leaving last job?
B : I want to developing and expanding my career to be bright. I think by a new place
could be my stair up for a better career.
A : What do you consider to be your best strenght?
B : I could be a problem solver, a motivator, and being able to perform under presure,
positive attitude, and loyal.
A : What are your salary expectation?
B : Money isn’t key factor of me and my goal is to advance my career.
