maybe new warehouse and drivers?

HR: Good morning, welcome to BBQfun, how are you today?
HR: Very well, now we start with the interview, I can see from your CV that you studied business and
marketing and IT, why would you join our company?
C: I think BBQfun is becoming one of the most popular outdoor lifestyle companies and I studied a
lot in my life and work for large companies, as you can see from my CV.
HR: Yes, that’s very impressive, but we are looking for someone who let us grow up in the IT level,
do you have any experience in that?
C: Yes, I’ve studied IT for 3 years and I have always kept up to date on IT, it's a great passion of mine.
C: I work well under pressure and I have a very positive attitude and I think my great weakness is not
to say no sometimes.
HR: Ok, that’s it for the moment, I will let you know as soon as possible. Thanks for coming today.
Interview 2
C: My name is Vincenzo, I’ve studied marketing for the last 5 years, I just graduate from college and I
would like to start work in a great company like this.
HR: As you are very young, why the company will would hire you?
C: I’m here to learn and grow up in this company because I know that here are a lot of potential
C: Altough I don’t have any experience with it, I'm very good with the computer and I can work with
it.
HR: Ok, that’s all for today, thank you for coming.

Coach: Good morning, how are you? I’m an external advisor of BBQfun
C: Actually, I am here to help you and coach you to improve in your job since I saw your performance
data that you can with a bit of help.
S: That’s great, I thought that as well, I always ready to improve and learn in my job
C: How did you feel about your results recently? Where do you see possibilities for improvement?
S: Well, actually I expected a lot more, the company is growing but I don't, I know I can improve
myself but unfortunately no one is willing to help me at the moment.
C: Ok, I will prepare a training for you, I will let you know in the next week what days you and I
should meet and train.
Operations general manager: Good morning, how do you think it’s going to cost?
EC: For training and coaching maybe around $3,500, but it is worth it for sure.
OGM: I agree with you, I think even the staff will be happy and will be an opportunity to be motivate
to be productive and hopefully even the sales will increase. Thank you very much for today, have a
